Membership Agreement
This agreement applies between MICGAME Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Micgame") and any natural or legal person ("Member") using micgame.net, server.micgame.net and related digital services offered by Micgame. By creating an account or continuing to use the services, you are deemed to have accepted this text.
1. Definitions
Micgame: The company providing the service. Member: The person or organization opening an account via the panel or website. Service: Server, hosting, domain, license and similar digital services. Panel: The customer interface used for orders, support and account management.
2. Membership and account security
You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential; if you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact Micgame immediately. You are held responsible for transactions made through your account unless the issue is caused by Micgame and not by your negligence.
3. Service usage rules
Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Spam, hosting malicious software, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, phishing, DDoS and similar unlawful activities are prohibited. Micgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in cases of security or legal obligation.
4. Orders, payment and invoicing
Orders are placed via the panel or website. Prices are calculated based on the amounts valid at the time of order. Service delivery begins after payment is confirmed according to the selected method. The accuracy of tax and invoice details is the Member's responsibility.
5. Service term, renewal and suspension
Term-based services may be extended at the end of the selected period if auto-renewal is enabled and payment can be collected. The service may be suspended in case of non-payment, breach of contract or security risk. A reasonable notice period is generally attempted before suspension; this period may not apply in urgent security situations.
6. Cancellation, refund and termination
Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the separately published Cancellation and Refund Policy. For digital services, the right of withdrawal may be limited after access is granted, within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related legislation.
7. Intellectual property
The Micgame brand, software, interface and content belong to Micgame. The Member only holds the usage rights granted within the scope of the service; reverse engineering, copying or unauthorized distribution is not permitted.
8. Privacy and personal data
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and GDPR Privacy Notice. These documents are an integral part of this agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
Micgame provides the service within reasonable technical capabilities. Micgame cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by Member content, third-party software or internet infrastructure unless legally required. Liability for indirect damages is limited within legal boundaries.
10. Changes
Micgame may update this agreement when legal regulations or the service scope change. The current text is effective from the date it is published on the website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updates.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to this agreement. Isparta Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
