Distance Sales / Service Agreement Summary
This text explains the principles for the sale of digital services (server, domain, bot, DNS and similar) offered through Micgame, within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Parties
Seller: MICGAME Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Micgame"). Buyer: The natural or legal person customer who creates a Micgame account and places an order.
2. Subject of the agreement
The agreement governs the rights and obligations regarding the provision of the digital service committed by Micgame in return for payment of the selected service/product. Service scope, term, price and technical specifications are shown on the order screen and in the customer panel.
3. Performance of the service
Services supporting automatic setup after payment confirmation are activated immediately or within a few minutes. For services requiring custom setup, delivery time is stated during the order. Domain registration/transfer processes are subject to registrar procedures.
4. Price and payment
Prices are based on the amounts shown at the time of order. VAT inclusive/exclusive information is clearly stated on the payment screen. Payment may be collected via wallet balance, card or other methods offered by Micgame.
5. Withdrawal right exception
For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, if performance begins with the customer's approval, there may be no right of withdrawal under statutory exceptions. Details are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The customer is responsible for content hosted within the service, software security and backup obligations. Micgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if unlawful use is detected.
7. Disputes
Turkish law applies to disputes. For consumer transactions, the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
